First post, guy! [21 Jan 2005|03:43pm] Getting caught up on such stuff: -On Monday I went into the high school for our community's "Day of Caring" (MLK day, remember) and had a mini little knit-in with about 20 others... ages ranging from 11 to 60, I'd say. It was really fun, and I managed to finish this- ( scarf )-in the three hours we had. -On Tuesday I went back to my mom's house and finished up my sculpture/doll/final project for my studio art class. I'm actually satisfied with the way it came out. It's cute. ( The doll ) Laaaast for today is that I also finished Hannah's b-day scarf... it's a little over five feet, I think, and wicked soft. She gets it next Wednesday. ( Mmm, wine ) Thus ends the fun stuff. Progress on Laur's gift is... well... it's "going." -ml 1 comment|post comment
